Before You Write
A few quick things that often answer common questions:
- Billing or subscription: open the app, go to Settings → Subscription. You can see your plan, renewal date, manage your subscription, or restore purchases there.
- Permissions (Screen Time, Notifications): open iOS Settings → Ameno to review or change them, or use Ameno’s own Settings → Notifications row.
- Refunds: Apple handles refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com.
